Liberty is found as an interesting issue for the public servant, I think. We are told to be obeyed, our month is silenced. The most released moment is the moment we got “executed as planed", the old files are BIBLES for us. We’re not free for express our idea, but ironically, the country is counting on us to pioneering the unknown.

It’s been almost one and a half month for me as a freshmen, after the professional training for HR and one month as a trainee in the office, I could see the difference between the federal governor and province governor. I was told to do the procedures without asking why or even think about making it more efficient, my daily life is nothing but chasing the schedule. Day by day, it bored me. However, I was given lots of information that the federal governor are trying to create something interesting, something trendy, or I could say, something irreplaceable.

To be honest, I couldn’t see the future of my work, all procedures can be replaced by computer. The celery can be coded by the program, all the system can be linked, as soon as the information all formed in the same network, real human isn’t necessary anymore. Maybe it’s not possible to realize within a decade, but I still can see the possibility, real soon.

So, how can I still being productive, how can I still being employed during my meddle age? I need to think about it twice, really important.
